KRISTINA MASSON

Kristina Masson is CEO and President of Acrivon AB, a biotech company which she co-founded in 2016, and she is currently the COO of the headquarter company Acrivon Therapeutics in Boston, USA. Prior to starting up Acrivon, she worked as a Principal Scientist in cancer biology at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals in Boston. Dr. Masson holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Signaling and a M.Sc. in Biomedicine from Lund University, and did her postdoctoral training at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. In addition to research and entrepreneurship, Dr. Masson has worked with several organizations for women in science and leadership, and has extensive experience in building cross-disciplinary networks.

MATTHEW MILLER

Matthew joined James Cropper in 1999 and has held many developmental and improvement based roles within the paper side of the business.

He was instrumental in developing the CupCycling process and later moved into the technology and innovation team. It was here that Matthew was part of the conception of COLOURFORM and ultimately moved into his role as business leader of the latest entity under the James Cropper PLC umbrella.

In this lighthearted talk, ‘Jam Boy’ will share the story of how he learned his Grandmother’s jam recipes at the age of fourteen in Scotland and went on to launch in thousands of stores around the world. Becoming something of a phenomenon in South Korea, selling through TV home shopping shows and department stores alike, SuperJam’s 100% fruit jams have sold millions of jars. Also the co-founder of the world’s largest craft beer club, Beer52.com, Fraser will share some lessons he has learned in turning him and his friend James Brown’s love of craft beer into one of the UK’s fastest-growing online retailers.

The former Director of Packaging Design at Burberry, he set-up and led the brand’s packaging design team for 8 years. His achievements include fragrances “My Burberry” and “Mr. Burberry”, and the re-design of the corporate and e-retail packaging.

Vincent has designed for brands including Givenchy, VanCleef and Arpels, Yves St Laurent and Issey Miyake.
